Other Details to Note

Due to new noise ordinance in N. Conway, if police are called due to disturbing the peace, the homeowner will be charged a $350.00 fine . This fine will then be charged to the renter via airbnb resolution center. The pool is set at 83 degrees year round. If you request a higher temperature, an additional fee will apply. Dogs are permitted AFTER approval by us. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee charged via Airbnb. Maximum amount of dogs is two (2) which is an additional $150. There will be an additional renters agreement sent after booking is confirmed and must be filled out and signed prior to your arrival. Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours. - NO RENTERS UNDER 25 - No smoking in the house. - Pets must be approved and there will be an additional cleaning fee for this. - Rental agreement will be provided with more specific rules and information. - Children are not allowed in the pool unless they are being supervised by an adult. - Guest is responsible for washing, drying and putting away all dishes, pans, utensils. - Guest is responsible for cleaning the barbecue grill if they used it. - Quiet time is from 10pm-9am - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated. - No food or drink by the pool ***An additional $150 pet cleaning fee will be charged for 1 (one) dog and $200 for 2 (two) dogs. No more than two dogs are permitted at our home. This fee will be charged via airbnb as your trip date gets closer.***

Super close to everything! One of the more unique neighborhoods in North Conway where you feel tucked away in the woods BUT you are really close to everything.

Guest Access

Guest will have access to the entire home except the storage and cleaning closet. Large circular driveway with plenty of parking.

The house was amazing! We stayed for our Jack & Jill Bach party and had a blast. The pool was very clean! There was plenty of space for our group of 15 to hang, sleep, and cook. Vito was very responsive to our questions. We also enjoyed making s’mores around the fire pit. Thank you for a great weekend!

This was a very clean and fun home to stay in. Vito was great and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. The pool was well kept and the space was great for what we needed. I would absolutely stay again!

our family had a wonderful time staying here ! the house is fantastic! the indoor pool was a winner with the kids especially since it rained almost our whole trip but we had plenty to do with the pool and the pool table ! its very homey and comfortable ! the host is a great communicator and is so nice !
