Guest will have access to the entire home except the storage and cleaning closet. Pets are not allowed at this location. Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
